The Album features Mattey Cohen on Vocals and Guitar, Lex Razon on Drums, Mike Sugar on Bass and JeConte on Vocals, Harmonica and Guitar. All tunes are written by JeConte and Mattey Cohen except for 'Macaroon' (JeConte & Chris Haugen) 'Run to the Sea' (JeConte & Mike Sugar) & 'Sweet Negrita' (JeConte). Special guests include: Steve Adams, Robin Coomer, Chris Haugen, Glenn Hartman, Wally Ingram, Sean Leahy & Alan Williams.

This energy, combined with a deep soulful New Orleans Blues, Jazz & Funk influence, along with JeConte's non-stop lightening harmonica chops, makes this high energy music experience what live Rock, Blues, and Funk music is all about.
Throughout the years singer, songwriter, and harmonica player JeConte has played in multiple projects and with multiple bands throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The current band features Mattey Cohen, Mike Sugar, Lex Razon & JeConte. In addition Chris Haugen, Glenn Hartman & Alan Williams help to round out this eclectic wheel of performers, perfecting a sound that is sure to keep em on their feet.
JeConte has been singing and playing harmonica all of his adult Life, his style is his own and features his soulful, bluesy vocals and a Texas Blues/Jazz/Funk Harmonica style that is one of a kind. He plays his harmonica's through a vintage 1940's Vega Amp and multiple customized and modified microphones: a custom turner, and a modified JT30.
Over the years JeConte has played with a number of musicians throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, New Orleans, Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, Europe, Latin America and South America and West Africa. He has been a member of many projects including, THIC, The Push and Citronica Muse and currently has a project in West Africa JeConte & The Mali Allstars.
Launched in November 2009 JeConte's self-titled debut album 'Sweet Northern California' has received rave reviews.
